Project Objective

• Establish a Korean regional business export network in collaboration with World-OKTA Korean traders.

• Facilitate business matchmaking between domestic companies seeking global expansion and Korean traders abroad, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Encourage deeper collaboration beyond simple business transactions to build sustainable trade relationships.

• Provide follow-up export support through regional non-R&D programs if necessary during the consulting process.

Project Overview

Demand Survey

• Local institutions gather demand from export-ready (beginner) domestic companies.

• World-OKTA collects applications from overseas Korean traders seeking partnerships.

• A matching pool is created based on collected data.

 

Friendship Matching

• Companies are paired based on export products, target regions, and business needs of World-OKTA members.

 

Relationship Building

• Encouraging direct communication between partners.

• Organizing networking events during World-OKTA’s major programs to strengthen cooperation.

 

Monitoring & Follow-up Support

• Regular tracking of activities, consulting progress, and challenges faced by both parties.

• If support needs arise (e.g., product samples, permits, certifications), assistance is provided through non-R&D support programs.

 

Performance Evaluation

• Identifying successful cases and best practices.

• Conducting satisfaction surveys to refine and improve the program.

 

Implementation Note:
This initiative is a networking-based project, and no separate activity fees are provided to regional companies or participating World-OKTA members.
